Meet Prue Armstrong
Prue brings over 20 years of HR consulting experience, having worked across three continents with public sector, government and small business organisations. Her background spans organisation design, change and leadership development, alongside the design of performance and talent management strategies that support both people and organisational growth.
In recent years, Prue has refocused her attention on health and wellbeing, drawing on her training in personal training, Pilates and nutrition. Through this work she has come to see that finding harmony within the body and mind is fundamental to how we show up in every area of life — shaping not only our health, but also our mindset, resilience and overall sense of balance.
Her approach is a whole-person process mindset coaching recognises as something that is lived, in the body as well as the mind. Having completed ICF-accredited training, Prue coaches individuals from the inside out — supporting them to lead from their centre with clarity, awareness, and integrity. Her work creates the conditions for highly capable individuals to slow down under pressure, reconnect with what matters, and lead in ways that are sustainable, grounded, and true to who they are.
YOUR COACH
WHAT I CAN DO FOR YOU
Start Your Journey
Mindset coaching is not surface-level change
It is a shift in how you think and see your life from the inside out. My work supports individuals who want greater steadiness and clarity, without becoming disconnected from themselves in the process.
Development approached as a whole-person process
Rather than separating professional needs from personal identity, I work with how the two are experienced and integrated - in the body as well as the mind. Mindset coaching is grounded in an inside-out approach, allowing individual presence, decisions and action to emerge from a more centred and aligned practice.
Multidimensional approach
that supports integration
Depending on the client and context, my work may include practices such as meditation, breathwork, movement, nutrition, and other supportive tools. These are used selectively and intentionally, to enhance awareness, regulation, and embodiment — not as techniques to perform, but as ways of deepening lived leadership capacity.
Designed for meaningful, sustainable change
For that reason, I work with clients for at least 6 sessions. This allows for specific attainable actions and goals to be worked through, and for insights to become embodied patterns to shift.
This work is for high performing individuals. You could be a graduate searching for meaningful work or someone looking for more in life or work opportunities. You may be leading teams, functions, or organisations — or operating at a high level individually — and sensing that the way you work and lead now needs to evolve as complexity and pressure increase.
It is for those who are capable, driven, and trusted, yet aware that performance alone is no longer enough. You want greater clarity in decision making, steadiness under pressure, and a way of working that feels aligned with who you are, not just what is expected of you.
This work suits people who are open to a whole-person approach — engaging both mind and body — and who are willing to slow down enough for real insight and change to take hold. It is not about quick fixes, but about building capacity that is sustainable and resilient over time.
Above all, this is for high performing individuals who are ready to invest in themselves over a meaningful period, and who value depth, integrity, and long-term development over surface-level solutions.
